Our Story
A place where family conversations can breathe
Hearthline was founded on the belief that most families have the answers — they just need a calm, organized space to find them together.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Founded in Chiang Mai. Built around families.
Hearthline started when its founders noticed a gap: many families in northern Thailand were struggling not with a lack of love or intention, but with the simple, practical challenge of talking and planning together in a way that didn't leave anyone feeling unheard or overwhelmed.
We set out to offer something low-pressure and non-judgmental — sessions run by trained facilitators who hold space and keep conversations organized, without giving advice or taking sides.
Today, Hearthline works with families from a range of backgrounds across Chiang Mai. Some come for a single session; others work through a longer programme. All are welcomed at their own pace, in their own way.
Our Mission
To give families a structured, neutral space to communicate and coordinate — so that daily life feels a little less tangled and a little more shared.
Our Vision
Families who feel organized and heard. Not perfect — just better connected, with tools that actually help them coordinate.
Our Values
Respect, patience, practicality, and confidentiality. We hold no agenda beyond helping families work through their own situation at their own pace.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Each session is designed and delivered with care, consistency, and clear boundaries on what we do and don't do.
Strict Confidentiality
Nothing shared in a session leaves that session. We keep no shareable records of family discussions.
Neutral Facilitation
Our facilitators do not take sides or advise on personal decisions. We guide the process, not the outcome.
Trained Practitioners
All facilitators have completed structured facilitation and group communication training relevant to family settings.
Structured Session Design
Every session follows a prepared framework that keeps conversations focused and fair to all participants.
Clear Scope of Service
We are not counsellors. If a situation falls outside facilitation support, we say so and encourage families to seek qualified help.
Personal Data Care
We collect only what we need for scheduling and follow-up, and handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Family coordination support in Chiang Mai
Hearthline works with families who are looking for a practical, organized way to manage their shared lives. Our sessions are not about fixing problems through advice — they are about creating a framework that helps families talk with each other more clearly and divide their household responsibilities in a way that feels fair and workable.
Families in Chiang Mai and the wider Mueang district come to us for many different reasons: a household moving from two to three generations; siblings who need to coordinate care; couples trying to agree on routines. What they share is a need for a calm, organized space where everyone gets a turn to speak and where the conversation moves toward something concrete.
At Hearthline, we offer that space — without judgement, without pressure, and without advice that crosses into territory best handled by a qualified professional. Our work is practical facilitation and coordination, and we are committed to keeping it that way.
